System Requirements — Overview

Checklist of everything Mavster needs on your Mac before it will run a test.

Use this page to verify your Mac is ready for Mavster. If anything below is missing or unconfigured, follow its detail page to fix it before you try to author or run a test.

Quick checklist

All four macOS permissions granted to Mavster — Accessibility, Automation, Screen & System Audio Recording, and Local Network. → macOS permissions
(iOS) Xcode installed and its license accepted, plus Xcode Command Line Tools. → iOS tools
(iOS) At least one iPhone simulator runtime downloaded in Xcode. → Simulators
(Android) Android SDK installed with adb on your PATH. → Android tools
(Optional) Driving a physical iPhone instead of a simulator. → Real devices

What gets verified, when

Permissions are checked at launch and re-checked live while the permissions setup screen is open. Until all four required permissions are granted, Mavster can't drive the simulator.
Platform tooling is checked implicitly — if Xcode (for iOS) or adb (for Android) is missing, device discovery won't return anything.
